Dressings Balsamic
vinaigrette with pine nuts
Ingredients:
- 1/2 clove of garlic,
peeled and bashed to a pulp
- 1 good handful of fresh
basil, bashed to a pulp
- 1 small handful of
toasted pine nuts, bashed to bits
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons balsamic
vinegar
- sea salt and freshly
ground pepper
Directions:
Mix everything together in
a bowl and season to taste
